it was an excellent place for rest, had such wonderful time. the staff were accommodating and efficient hole time of my stay.

Actually everything was very good, my next choice again in York.

I appreciated the hotel overall.

Disappointing aspect was very small bathroom.

I liked marvellous location of the hotel and good staff. The room I booked was cleaned and available with an en-suite bathroom, great views.

The venue is low budget and fascinating.

Had a wonderful stay during your time, loved location and staff. We were quite a walk from York train station.

Accommodation was spacious and pleasant, beds were comfy. The breakfast was very tasty for toast which did n't arrive and the food was outstanding. The pool was great and I had bottled drinks in the outdoor bar. The building itself was really lovely with a lovely garden.

Divine 4 star hotel with attentive staff and gorgeous breakfast. Booked brand-new room that was cleaned. We loved wake-up service available. The venue was located short walk to the railway station, town centre and this statue.

Flexible staff, tiled bathroom & relaxing beds - all for a superb stay. Hotel rooms were silent and budget. Phenomenal location, within walking distance of city centre. Lovely interior, awesome restaurant. Everything was simply wonderful.

Bed was very cozy, room was fine and absolutely fabulous. Personnel was willing to help and, of course, it was UNDERSTANDING.

The bedroom was lovely and the staff were happy to help. There were armchairs and hairdryer in the room, loved that. Breakfast was tasty, variety of food, large balcony. Early check-in, late check-out.

Minimal and perfectly clean hotel, kind staff and quiet central location. Our room had a nice bed and a splendid view...

Really tasty breakfast and cheerfull staff for very lovely stay. Good beds, air conditioning, coffee and little games were a nice touch. The pool was heated. The setting was easy here.

Everything was second to none, AMICABLE staff made our stay brilliant.

The atmosphere of the hotel is elegant! Truly enjoyed that an air conditioning, a work desk and cable channels were included. Nice base for exploring York.

Good location, proximity to the centre the city and 10 min walk to the shops just over the bridge + great parking facilities

The hotel was spotlessly clean, excellent location for the railway station, near museums, it takes 5-10 min walk from the centre

Breakfast menu was good. The entire experience was lovely.
